All About Limited Quantity Keepsake Ornaments for 2024

Here is a look at our policies and procedures at Ryan’s Hallmark Shop, Orlando, about the 2024 Hallmark Keepsake Limited Quantity Ornaments.  These may differ from those at other stores nationwide and online.  There are a total of 10 Limited Quantity Keepsake ornaments offered for the July Ornament Premiere release and 8 Limited Quantity Keepsake ornaments offered for the October Ornament Debut release.  They are found pictured throughout the Dream Book.

  1. As a service to our Wish List customers, we set aside a portion of our allocation that may be requested along with your Wish List. In the interest of fair and equitable distribution of these ornaments, a request MUST always be accompanied with a bonified Wish List for other Keepsake ornaments. No exceptions.  Other limits apply; see below.
  2. If you desire to submit a request for a LQ ornament, please neatly write the one(s) you desire on the bottom of the WL page where you wrote your name and contact information.  We ask for Page Number and Ornament Name so that we may properly identify the one(s) you want. Our Ornament Experts would be happy to assist you!  Limit 1 per customer per style.
  3. Some of each ornament will also be available on our shelves the first day of each release event. Please be aware that members of the Keepsake Ornament Club have a member-exclusive early shopping day that entitles them to purchase these and all other ornaments 1 day before the official release date.  If interested in joining the KOC ask us to tell you more about the benefits or click here.
  4. Or you may purchase them online at Hallmark.com starting on the first day of each release in July and October. TIP #1: find the opening time for orders posted on Hallmark.com or call them at 1-800-HALLMARK to inquire.  Be among the very first to log-in and make your purchase for the best chance of getting what you want.  These orders will be fulfilled directly from Hallmark’s stock and will be marked as Sold Out once their stock is depleted. TIP #2: on the first Monday of each release, Hallmark will open ordering on Hallmark.com for those ornaments that are available for fulfillment from stores nationwide, even those listed as Sold Out during the weekend.  Visit Hallmark.com
  5. Your request will fall into 1 of 3 status categories:
    1. We will be able to fill your request from the initial allocation that has already been given to us by Hallmark. You will not hear anything further from us.  Note the pick-up deadlines listed below.
    2. Your request exceeds the amount of our initial allocation, but we have already requested an additional allocation from Hallmark; known as “Wait List” status on our list.  It is usually very close to each event before Hallmark tells us if they are able to fill our additional requests or not.  What we will do: we will contact you if we are unable to fill your request.  We suggest that you: look to other stores if they accept requests, be in line at our store or another on the opening morning of the event or be prepared to order online at Hallmark.com early on the very first morning of the release.
    3. Our list is CLOSED.  Your request exceeds the quantity that we have been allocated by Hallmark as well as any additional allocation that we have requested.  You will be notified that our list is Closed for a particular LQ when you submit your WL to us or shortly thereafter to allow you to make other plans.  We suggest that you: look to other stores who may accept requests for this ornament, be in line at our store or another on the opening morning of the event or be prepared to order online at Hallmark.com early on the very first morning of the release.
  6. Additional limitations: we will accept up to 2 LQ requests from a single household accompanied by a WL for each. No other LQ requests will be accepted from this household/address. No exceptions.
  7. PICKUP/PAYMENT DEADLINE FOR LQ Ornaments:
    1. For those released in July they must be paid for by Saturday, July 20, 2024.
    2. For those released in October they must be paid for by Saturday, October 19, 2024.
    3. While we will attempt to send a reminder text message, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.  Kindly make note of these deadlines now.  LQ ornaments not paid for by the deadline will be re-stocked on our shelves the following day.
  8. Lastly, we offer the ability to request LQ ornaments as a service to our loyal customers, but frankly it is a thankless task anytime you attempt to please everyone. In instances where our store must make a decision that in our sole opinion needs to be made, such decision is final and non-negotiable.  Thank you for your understanding.  We appreciate your business!
