How to Prepare & Submit your 2026 Keepsake Ornament Wish List to Us
A Wish List is a way for you to request Keepsake Ornaments from our store. We will fill your request before we stock our store shelves. This is a great way to be sure to get the ornaments you want, especially those that are best sellers! And never to miss an ornament needed for your collection.
Start with a 2026 Keepsake Ornament Dream Book. You can pick up this 70 page, full color book from our store for free. Or it can be downloaded by using the link found in the Keepsakes section of our store website. Then you need the tri-fold Wish List found in the center of the Dream Book. The list is organized in the same order as the pages of the Dream Book.
Write your selections on the Wish List:
- Neatly write the quantity you would like of your desired ornaments in the “Qty” column next to the ornament.
- We ask that you do NOT highlight any of your entries. Our ornament team has a color-coded system of highlighters to reserve and later fill your requests.
- Write your Name and Phone number on the last page. Also Crown Rewards Member Number and Keepsake Ornament Club (KOC) number if you are a member. Don’t know your CR number? Leave it blank and we will look it up for you.
- If reminders or updates are needed regarding your Wish List we will text you at the number you have listed above. Don’t want to be texted? Just let us know the best way to contact you. We never sell or share your personal information.
To Submit your Wish List to us:
- Drop off in our store. We will review it for any questions adn then mak the date, time and team member initials who accepted your WL. Wish Lists are entered into our system in the order received and are filled in the same manner.
- Email it to us at info@RyansHallmark.com. Scans are preferred, but photos are accepted too. Or if you list is a short one, you can just list the ornaments you want in your email message to us. We use the timestamp of your message to enter your WL into our system. We will confirm receipt of your email to us within 2-3 days.*
- Postal mail it to us at our address listed on the Locations page of our store website. We use the postmark date of your letter to enter your WL into our system. We will confirm receipt of your letter with an email to you within 2-3 days of receipt.*
*If you haven’t heard from us in 4 days, please call or email us to inquire on the status of your Wish List. Thank you!
Or submit your Wish List to us on Hallmark.com
- Follow the instuctions on their website.
- When it is time to select a store you will want to enter Ryan’s Hallmark Shop, Orlando, FL. Tip: it’s often easiest to locate our store by entering our zip code of 32837 in the search function.
- New this year: if you select the “Ship to Me” feature Hallmark will randomly assign your request to a store of their choosing. Want us to ship your order to you? We can do that! Select our store as listed above and call or email us to request that we ship your order to you.
- Hallmark has a lag as they process your Wish List and then download it to us. Usually a day or two. When we receive your WL from Hallmark we will send you an email to acknowledge its receipt. If you have heard from us in about 4 days since submitting on Hallmark.com please call or email us to inquire about its status. Thank you.
