Do you Submit your Keepsake Wish List on Hallmark.com? IMPORTANT change for 2026
We appreciate ALL of you who submit a Keepsake Ornament Wish List to our store no matter if in person, by email or even by postal mail. Thank you very much!
Today we wanted to highlight a recent change that Hallmark announced for those of you who submit your Wish List using Hallmark.com. While the process of submitting your Wish List to the store of your choice remains the same, a new “Ship to Me” option may have unintended consequences.
Here’s how the new “Ship to Me” function will work: first, it does NOT allow you to select the store of your choosing. Additionally, on Hallmark.com in FAQ’s for Wish Lists they state: “Using the method of Wish List submission does NOT eserve ornaments for you.” If you wish for us to continue fulfilling your order and either pick it up in our store or ask us to ship it to you from our store, you must continue to select the “Submit for store pickup” button and then select Ryan’s Hallmark Shop as your store of choosing. Tip: entering our zip code of 32837 is often the easiest way to locate our store when using Hallmark.com.
Another implication, perhaps unintended by you, is that when a customer selects the “Ship to Me” option our store will NOT handle your Wish List in any manner. We will not have visibility to it, we cannot make changes for you, we cannot answer questions specific to your Wish List or perform any other support or servicing of your Wish List order. All these functions will be handled through Hallmark and their customer care team. Bottom-line: the new “Ship to Me” function routes your Wish List order directly to Hallmark, not to our store, who will later ask for payment and fulfill your order in the manner they choose.
