How to Submit a Keepsake Wish List – 2024

At Ryan’s Hallmark Shop in Orlando, Florida, we are proud to be one of the top selling stores of Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments in the nation.  Over the past 30 years of serving customers throughout Central Florida we have worked hard to earn the trust and loyalty of our customers.  Presented below is a full set of instructions about how to prepare and submit a Keepsake Ornament Wish List for 2024.  If you are interested in requesting a Limited Quantity ornament, those instructions are posted here.

The information provided below is specific to Ryan’s Hallmark Shop, but likely is similar to other stores nationwide.  No longer have a local store in your area?  We would be happy to assist you.  We offer shipping in the continental US.

How to Fill out the Keepsake Ornament Wish List found inside each Dream Book

  1. For each ornament that you wish to request, neatly write the quantity you desire in the column labeled “Qty.”
  2. Ornaments that are noted as being exclusively available to members of Hallmark’s National Keepsake Ornament Club may be requested by 2024 KOC members or those that join the KOC when submitting their WL and pay the yearly membership fee.  See page 21 of the Dream Book to view these ornaments for 2024.  New and renewing members may sign up in our store or online with Hallmark by clicking here.
  3. Write your Name, Phone number and Email address where indicated on the WL form. Your Crown Rewards member number and 2024 KOC member number (if applicable) are helpful too.  Your street address is not needed.
  4. We allow a portion of our Limited Quantity ornament allocation to be requested by customers who have submitted a WL to us. See detailed information & instructions by clicking here
  5. Communications Preferences: we primarily communicate with our customers by text messages in regard to their WL. This may include reminders and other timely, helpful information. By submitting your WL to us with your mobile phone number we regard this as your Opt-in to our text communications.  To OPT-OUT of our text messages kindly inform our sales associate that you desire to opt-out and they will make note of it.  Or you may write “No texts” next to your phone number on the form. If you have given us a landline number, please indicate “No texts” next to it.

Ways to Submit your Wish List to us:

  1. In-person in our store (preferred)
  2. . Submit your Keepsake Wish List online at Hallmark.com. Follow the instructions on their website for a Wish List and select Ryan’s Hallmark in Orlando as your store for pickup. If you desire to request Limited Quantity ornaments (see below) you will NOT be able to do this on Hallmark.com.  We highly recommend you submit your WL to us in-person in this instance.
  3. Email to us at info@RyansHallmark.com. Scans are preferred; photos often encounter sizing or legibility issues. The timestamp on your email will be used as the Received date.

When you Submit your Keepsake Wish List to Us In-person (preferred method):

  1. We will review it for legibility.
  2. We will note if you have requested any Limited Quantity ornaments.
  3. We will confirm your mobile phone number for text notifications or note that you wish to Opt-out of these notifications.
  4. We will write the Date and Time that you submitted your WL to us. Remember that we always fill Wish Lists in the order that they are received.

When you Submit a Wish List to us on Hallmark.com:

  1. We will attempt to contact you at the phone number provided to us by Hallmark on your form to confirm our receipt of your WL. Note that this is usually the same number that is listed in your Crown Rewards profile.  We do not instantly receive your WL from Hallmark; it may take a day or two even if all systems are working properly.
  2. If you don’t hear from us within 7 days of submitting it on Hallmark.com we strongly suggest you contact us asap. In past years there have been instances where a customer’s WL has been lost somewhere in the Hallmark universe.

When you Submit your Wish List to us by Email:

  1. We will review it for legibility.
  2. We will note if you have requested Limited Quantity ornaments.
  3. We will confirm our receipt of your WL by an email reply to you. At that time we will confirm that you wished to Opt-in to our text notifications about your WL.  If you don’t hear from us within 7 days, please contact us to inquire about your WL.
  4. The timestamp on your email will serve as the Received time and date.

Two Opportunities for Free Keepsake Tote Bags:

  1. Submit your WL to us before June 30th and pick up your ornaments by July 21st to get a free Snowtop Lodge Tote Bag.
  2. Submit your WL to us before September 30th and pickup your ornaments by Oct. 20th to get a free North Pole Tree Trimmers Band Tote Bag.
  3. While supplies last.

Communications from Us regarding your Wish List:

  1. Sorry, but we are unable to give a reminder call to all customers prior to each ornament release event.
  2. You will hear from us about upcoming events by watching our FB and Instagram pages, looking for our store emails and usually a reminder postcard sent in the mail to customers who have purchased ornaments from us in the previous year.
  3. Communications specific to your Wish List are sent by text message.  Wish to Opt-out or be contacted by phone?  No problem – just let one of our team members know and we will take care of the rest.
  4. We also provide a free Ornament Newsletter sent by email. It has all the latest Keepsake Ornament news.  To subscribe, just let us know when you drop off your WL or look for the subscription option on our store website.  You may unsubscribe at any time.
  5. Reminder texts will be sent a few days before the Bonus Points offers expire at each ornament event for those WL’s that haven’t yet been picked up.
