What is it?
Shop-by-Phone is a free Personalized Shopper Service from Ryan’s Hallmark Shops
How does it work?
To use our Shop-by-Phone service just call your favorite Ryan’s Hallmark location (Orange Avenue at 407-843-8879 or Hunter’s Creek at 407-850-9797) and let one of our experienced associates help select the items that you need. We can help with specific requests (“I need 2 Easter Cards for Granddaughter”) or we can offer suggestions (“I need a birthday gift for under $20”).
How do I pay?
You can come in store and pay when you pick up your items or if you prefer Curbside Delivery or Free Shipping we will take your credit card payment information over the phone.
How can I get my purchase?
- Pickup in-store during business hours – be sure to check for updates.
- NEW Curbside Delivery – use your cell phone to call us when you are close to our store. We will provide details on where to safely stop your car so that we may deliver your package to your car.
- FREE SHIPPING to any address in Central Florida! A Ryan’s Hallmark exclusive offer.
Other Shopping Options
- Shop online at Hallmark.com and select “Free Same Day Pickup” as you select your items
- Shop online at Hallmark.com and select “Ship to an Address” or “Free Ship to Store”
- Tip #1 – Be sure to carefully select the Ryan’s location that is most convenient for you: 2849 S. Orange Avenue, Orlando 32806 or 4066 W. Town Center Blvd., Orlando 32837.
- Tip #2 – if selecting the “Free Ship to Store” option, be reminded during these changing times that our store hours are presently subject to change or closure. You may find that shipping to your home address is a better option if you are expecting your purchase to arrive a few days in the future.
