How to Redeem your Crown Rewards points for Rewards Dollars

This message is for all members of Hallmark’s Crown Rewards loyalty program.  You can redeem your Crown Rewards points for Rewards Dollars anytime you like. As you know, Hallmark automatically converts your earned points and mails or emails Reward Dollar certificates to you throughout the year.  Did you know that you may have even more points in your account?  And that you can request that those points be converted to Rewards Dollars that you can spend on your purchases?

How can I find out if I have a remaining Points Balance in my account?

There are two primary methods to check your Point Balance:

1. You can log into your account at hallmark.com.  If you haven’t already created an account, you may do so online.  You then want to link your Crown Rewards account to your hallmark.com account if you haven’t already done so.  It might sound confusing, but it is really very simple.  Now you can click on the Crown Rewards tab on the screen.  You will see a re-cap of your points balance on the My Crown Rewards tab.  Or you may also click on the History tab to see all of your points transactions.
2. You may also call the Hallmark Customer Care line at 1-800-HALLMARK (1-800-425-5627).  One of their customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

How can I Convert my Points into Rewards Dollars?

1. If you are logged into your account on hallmark.com, just click on the tab that says “Convert Points.”  Here it will show the available options of the dollar value of the coupons you can request depending upon your points balance.  All it takes is 1500 points to request a $5 Rewards Dollars certificate.  Once you have ordered your Rewards Dollars, they will be posted to your account within 24 hours and emailed to you in 2-3 business days.

These easy steps are great ways to redeem your Crown Rewards points for Rewards Dollars to “cash in” your earned points before big Hallmark events like Ornament Premiere, Ornament Debut and Holiday Open House.  Or anytime throughout the year that you like!
