Guide to a Fun & Safe Ornament Debut, October 3 – 11
We invite you to join us at either of our 2 store locations for Keepsake Ornament Debut! At this event, 150 new Keepsake Ornaments will be released. Bonus Points for Crown Rewards members and special offers will be available during the entire 9-day event (while supplies last). Shopping in 2020 is different from past years. If you attended our Ornament Premiere in July you will notice only a few small tweaks to your shopping experience at Ornament Debut.
Your Shopping Guide
- The event starts on Saturday, October 3rd* and lasts 9 days until Sunday, October 11th. See store hours listed below. *Keepsake Ornament Club members – see below for your member-exclusive Early Access day.
- All Crown Rewards Bonus Points will be awarded all 9 days of the event. There is no need to rush in on the first weekend.
- Limited Quantity ornaments MAY be requested on your Wish List (limit 1 per styles). This is a change in Hallmark’s policy to eliminate the need for you to be in line on Saturday morning. Note that with this change, we may be out of some styles even before store opening. Tip: submit a Wish List of the ornaments you want; write in or call us to add your Limited Quantity ornament requests. Requests are filled in the order received.
- Wish Lists are highly recommended. We will pull your ornaments before we stock our shelves and hold them for you for pickup anytime during the 9 day event. Your order must be picked up or put on Layaway by November 15th or it will be returned to our shelves. Reminder phone calls will be attempted, but cannot be guaranteed. Thank you!
- Masks will be REQUIRED of all in-store shoppers during their store visit per Orange county mandate
- Social Distancing MUST be observed & practiced while viewing the Ornament Wall as well as in the cash register line and throughout the store
Shop Your Way – options we offer are …
- Traditional “In-Store” purchase from the Ornament Wall while observing all social distancing and store capacity limits.
- Submit an Ornament Wish List to us or online at Hallmark.com. We will fill your order before we stock our shelves.
- Shop-by-phone. Just call your favorite Ryan’s location and we will be happy to assist you
- Use our new “Express Pay & Pickup service. You can then “skip the line” and pickup In-store or at Curbside. Or we will ship your order to you – no charge for any Central Florida address. Click here to learn more.
- Order online at hallmark.com and select one of our stores for Same Day Pickup (must be picked up within 7 days)
Shopping Hours for Ornament Debut
- Saturday, October 3rd – Open 8:30am to 7:00pm
- Sunday, October 4th – Open 10:30am to 5:00pm
- Monday, Oct. 5th thru Saturday, Oct. 10 – Open 10:00am to 6:00pm daily
- Sunday, October 11th – Open from 11:00am to 5:00pm
*Keepsake Ornament Club (KOC) “Early Access Pass”
Members of the 2020 KOC have been mailed an “Early Access Pass” in August along with their For Keeps Newsletter (look for red & white envelope). Bring this along with your 2020 Membership card and you are welcome to purchase the October ornaments from the shelf or from your Wish List (including Limited Quantity ornaments) starting on Friday, October 2nd. Store hours are 10am to 6pm.
