Tips to Prepare and Submit your Keepsake Wish List to Us
Start with a Keepsake Ornament Dream Book. You can pick up one in our store for free or use the link on our store website to download the digital version. Click here. Then you need the Wish List, an 8-page folded form that is found in the center of every Dream Book or can be downloaded using the link on our store website. The list is organized in the same order as the pages of the Dream Book.
Write your selections on the Wish List:
- For the ornaments that you have selected, neatly write how many of each you would like in the “Qty” column on the far right of each line.
- We ask that you NOT highlight any of your entries. Our ornament team has a system of colored highlighters to reserve and later fulfill each of your requests in a different color according to each of the release dates. Thank you!
- Enter your name and phone number on the last page. Address is not needed. Also Crown Rewards Member Number and Keepsake Ornament Club (KOC) number if you are a member. Or leave blank and we will look it up for you after you turn in your WL.
- If updates or other communications are needed regarding your WL, may be contact you via text? If so, write “Text OK” next to your phone number or write “Call only” if you do not wish to be texted. We never sell or share your personal information.
To submit your Wish List to us:
- Drop off in-store. We will review it for any questions and then mark the date, time and team member initials who accepted your WL. Wish Lists are entered into our system in the order received and are fulfilled in the same way.
- Email it to us at info@RyansHallmark.com. Scans are preferred, but photos work too. Of if your list is a short one, even a neatly written or typed list is fine to send to us. Same contact information as asked for above. We use the date and timestamp of your message to enter your WL into our system in the proper order. We will confirm our receipt of your WL by reply email within 2-3 days of our receipt of your message.*
- Postal mail to us. Just fold it up, put in an envelope and use our street address that is listed on our Locations page on our website. We use the date of the postmark to enter your WL into our system in the proper order. We will confirm our receipt of your WL by an email to you within 2-3 days of receipt. *
* If you have not heard from us after 4 days, please call or email us asking for an update on the status of the Wish List that you submitted to us. Thank you!
Submit your Wish List to us through Hallmak.com. This process differs sigificantly from the “paper” method described above. Read on to learn more:
Note – as of the Dream Book release on April 25, 2025, this feature of the Hallmark website was NOT yet functioning. Please watch it for further updates in the week ahead. Our store recommendations listed above are always working properly. Choose what is the best option for you.
- Create a Keepsake Wish List on Hallmark.com following their instructions
- When it is time to select a store you will want to enter Ryan’s Hallmark, Orlando, FL 32837. Often the easiest way to do this is just enter our zip code in the search function.
- Hallmark does have both a processing and a transmission time lag before we receive your Wish List from them in our store. This is normal and often about 2 days. As with the above methods, we will enter your WL into our store system using the timestamp that Hallmark has noted. We will notify you by email within 2-3 days after our receipt of your online WL. If you haven’t heard from us a week after you submitted it online, please contact us so that we may investigate.
